Privacy notice
Last updated: [set at publish]
This notice covers the email signup on datelessmusic.com. The signup is run by WFH Management.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Proof that you agreed: the exact wording you agreed to, and when you signed up and confirmed.
- A scrambled code made from your IP address, saved with that proof. We never store your IP address itself.
- Short-term data to stop spam, such as how many signups come from one place.
We don't ask for your name, phone number or payment details.
Why we collect it
- To send you the Dateless news and release emails you asked for.
- To keep proof that you agreed to get them.
- To protect the signup from spam and abuse.
We only email you because you agreed to it.
Who handles it
We use Kit to keep your email address and send our emails. Our website host, Cloudflare, keeps the proof of your agreement. Both are based in the US, so your data may be stored there. We use them only to run this signup. We don't sell your data.
Confirming your signup
After you sign up, we send you one email asking you to confirm. It comes from "Work From Home Management" (wfhmgmt@gmail.com). You're only added to the list once you confirm. If you don't confirm, we delete your signup after 30 days.
How long we keep it
- Your email address: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Proof of your agreement, with the scrambled IP code: while you're on the list, and for 2 years after you unsubscribe. After that we keep only a scrambled entry so we don't email you again by mistake.
- Spam-check data: 30 days.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every email has an unsubscribe link you can use at any time. To have your data deleted, or to see what we hold about you, email us at the address below. We reply within 30 days.

Our emails show a postal address provided by Kit, because the law requires one. Mail sent there doesn't reach us, so please email us instead.
